Research into practice: Relevance and rigour

This year’s theme celebrates the value that we offer as applied psychologists: Generating insightful, scientific research, and translating this into practice.

We champion both rigour and relevance: Utilising a rigorous, evidence-based approach, in which we test, question and challenge ideas; and ensuring that we make a relevant and timely difference to organisations and individuals.

The DOP Conference 2017 will showcase the ongoing excellent work in psychological research and practice, and provide an opportunity for discussion, debate and challenge on how we can best utilise our skills to continue to make a meaningful impact in the world of work.
