DIVISION OF HEALTH PSYCHOLOGY NORTHERN IRELAND AGM 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Division of Health Psychology – Northern Ireland will be held on Thursday 22 March 2018, 2.00pm at Ballymascanlon House Hotel, Dundalk, Co. Louth, Ireland.
We are therefore asking for:
Nominations are invited for:
*1 year Chair Elect, 2 years Chair, 1 year Past Chair
** Full Member of the Division of Health Psychology – Northern Ireland with voting rights
Nominations for the above vacancies should be sent to the Honorary Secretary on the enclosed nomination form, at the Society’s offices to reach us no later than 12 noon on Wednesday 7 February 2018, at the address on the nomination form.
All nominees must be Full Members of the Division of Health Psychology – Northern Ireland with voting rights unless otherwise specified. The nominations require a proposer and seconder who must be Full Members of the Division of Health Psychology – Northern Ireland with voting rights and the consent of the nominee to accept office, if elected, must be obtained in writing.
Nominees are asked to complete brief biographical details of not more than 300 words, using the reverse of the nomination form. This information will be used should a ballot be necessary.

Alternatively, if the nominee does not have the signatures for the proposer or seconder, the nominee can email the completed form and ask that the proposer or seconder separately send an email from their Society-registered email address - including their membership number - to Member Network Services, stating they are happy to propose or second the nominee.
